French Beans - We're facing some seasonal hiccups right now. The extra rain has been tough on our products, causing them to get damaged faster. To tackle this, we'll be rotating our inventory more often to make sure everything we send out is in top shape.
White Button Mushrooms - The heat and humidity are taking a toll on the growth of white mushrooms, leading to a shortage of button mushrooms, which are usually the last to be harvested.
Burrata Belgioioso - Production delay last week caused shortages but we are fully stocked and back on track!
Zucchini Flowers & Edible Flowers - Last week, a delivery from Fresh Origins encountered delays at customs, leading to shortages over the weekend. We are currently awaiting a new shipment and anticipate resuming normal operations by Wednesday of this week.
Cream Cheese & Sour Cream - Packaging delay from manufacturer, product back in stock this week
Purple Cauliflower - A tropical storm impacted the growing region in Quebec, causing a brief gap in product availability and some shortages. However, we are now back on track and expect no further issues.
Small Wedge Cheeses - Slight gap w/small format product. Expected back in stock this week
Sprouts - Shortages this week due to humidity and heat affecting growth.
