📈 What’s Up?: Brace for price hikes on long red chili peppers, shishito peppers, snow peas, sugar snap peas, tomatoes, strawberries, and navel oranges as supply tightens.

📉 What’s Down?: Good news! Prices are easing on Brussels sprouts, red & green seedless grapes, cantaloupe, and Chinese eggplant. Now’s a great time to stock up!

🍯 Rosewood Honeycomb: Currently out of stock until their next harvest (likely in September).

🥓 Gap In Guanciale Availability: Delayed in transit from Italy—expect a 3-4 week out-of-stock period. We’ll keep you posted.

At Bondi, we’re all about getting chefs access to the most special of specialty ingredients—and these fresh European truffles are no exception.

We’re now stocking 100g pre-packs, starting with the last of the season’s Périgord Black Truffles—deep, earthy, and intensely umami-rich, perfect for warm dishes.

In the coming weeks, we’ll be transitioning to summer truffles, which bring a milder, nutty aroma, best enjoyed fresh for a lighter truffle experience.

🚩Red Flags🚩: Last Week's Supply & Quality Recap

• Forced Rhubarb (4937) - European and local forced rhubarb are starting to ramp up production - we should see an improvement in the next couple of weeks!

• Guanciale (6442) - Due to freight delays, our restock of Guanciale is in transit from Italy and will be not arrive for the next 3-4 weeks. We’ll keep you updated!

• Cranberry Kombucha (4747) - Due to a production delay at Greenhouse, our supply of Cranberry Kombucha is currently unavailable. No confirmed ETA at this time, but we’ll keep you updated as soon as more details become available.
