📈 What’s Up?: Tighter supply, freight hikes, and shifting growing regions are pushing prices up on Brussels sprouts, Napa cabbage, mini sweet peppers, banana leaves, acorn squash, and large limes.
📉 What’s Down?: Thanks to improved harvests and growing seasons kicking in, prices are down on AAA white asparagus, Bosc pears, strawberries, baby eggplant, corn, long red chili peppers and red shepherd peppers, and Ontario hot house tomatoes (code 7381).
🌟 New Arrivals: Cookstown Greens organic green garlic (code 2527) has arrived this week along with more wild-foraged Ontario ramps (code 7428).
☀️ On the Horizon: Get ready—Welsh Bros local asparagus is almost here! The first harvests could land as early as May 5th in limited quantities, with fuller availability expected the week of May 12th.

Chives (2341 & 2342) - Chive shortage this week due to freight and customs delays around the Easter holiday.
Lime Juice (2582) - Well Juice’s lime juice supply was tight last week due to vendor production delays. Fully restocked now!
Greenhouses Juices (Deep Roots, Farma-C & Gatbsy) - A spike in sales led to a few shorts last week, but we've adjusted our orders to keep things on track moving forward!
Buttermilk 1% (6072) - We had a few shorts last week on 1% buttermilk due to a delay from the vendor/manufacturer. We’re restocked now!
Burratini 1.5kg Pail (6863) - We experienced a short on burratini last week due to transportation delays—but it's back in stock now.
Flat Runner Beans (7513) - Our previous load had some quality issues, but supply is expected to improve as the Spanish season ramps up.
Frozen Mangos (2740) - Frozen mango shipments are delayed due to vendor production delays.
Frozen Dragon Fruit (8471) - We’re experiencing a short 2-week gap on frozen dragon fruit due to delayed containers. More inventory is expected to arrive by May 5th.
Granola Chunky Supreme (8516) - Last week’s chunky granola shortage was due to a production delay combined with a spike in demand. Available now.
