🚚 Closed Wednesday: We’re off Jan 1st—no deliveries that day! Running as usual Tuesday and Thursday, so plan ahead!

📈Price Increases📈

These items are experiencing a price surge this week:

  • LIMES - There are some challenges with harvesting in the growing areas right now. Producers are holding onto their products, hoping for better market conditions, so only a small amount is making its way to Canada. To make sure everything is top-notch, the product is being repacked/ rolled

📉Price Drops📉

These items have dropped in price this week:

  • GREEN PEPPERS - Florida's pepper crops are bouncing back nicely! In just under two weeks, we should see them returning to their usual levels & the price will continue to drop.

  • ROLLED TOMATOES - Florida tomatoes are really starting to thrive, with more of them and better quality than before. You can expect prices to gradually decrease throughout the month.

🚩Red Flags🚩: Last Week's Supply & Quality Recap

  • Brussel Sprouts - We experienced a brief hiccup with our Monday deliveries, but the good news is we're all stocked up and ready for your orders tonight!

  • Potential Egg Shortage this week - The Canadian egg market is facing significant challenges due to BC’s crisis, where 1.2 million hens have been lost, putting strain on supply across the country. We’ve secured 240 cases of XL white loose and 30 cases of Conestoga for deliveries this week, but this low inventory may result in shortages. We recommend stocking up if possible—thank you for your understanding!

  • Sliced Mushrooms - We've been experiencing some shortages lately because of an unexpected increase in demand, along with slower growth than anticipated.

  • Shiso Leaves - All vendors are experiencing slow growth, leading to some shortages.

  • St. Brigids Butter - We'll have more in stock and ready for delivery by Friday!

  • Baby Gold Beets - Reduced yields and lower temperatures are resulting in widespread shortages.

Product Changes this week:

  • Bergamot season has come to an end, so it's not available right now. But don't worry, we still have plenty of Yuzu and Meyer lemons for you!
